When logging into my computer, it will not recognize my fingerprint and needs me to sign in with my PIN. Then it says my credentials could not be verified (then gives me error message (something went wrong and your PIN isn’t available (status 0xc000015b sub status 0x0).
When I go to reset my PIN, it then says something went wrong, to try again or skip this step and set up a pin later.
I’m stuck. Please help.

In that case it is not permitted to post instructions about locked password, bios password, windows password cause security measures.
According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
