Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the same problem as described in this article: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Audio/Conexant-audio-driver-issue-with-Windows-10-2004-and-20...

I am unable to upgrade Windows due to my Conexant audio driver and am still on version 1909. When will this issue be fixed and where can I get an upgrade to the Conexant drivers?

This is very frustrating.

What is your Envy machine ?  Did you know HP has many generations with many models/products called Envy's ?  Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine

For YOUR security reason, please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n) on Internet.

I don't think that matters as this problem affects all Conexant audio drivers. I am stuck on this version of Windows 10 until HP releases a new driver that is compatible.
