After running the HP Cloud Recovery Tool and entering the required Product ID, it states that the Product ID doesn't match or is invalid. Please contact HP Support. I have researched many different articles into this issue and have tried many different solutions to no avail. I am unable to locate an email to contact HP Support about this issue. Is there any other way to download the recovery files to create the usb? Is there an email that I can contact HP Support in regards to the product id?

HP no longer offers the cloud recovery tool-created image for your notebook since it is 5 years of age.
You have two options:
1. Make a W10 USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below:
You will probably need to use another PC to create the installation media with due to lack of drive space on your notebook.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
