I am very worried because I posted the message attached below, and since sending my computer's serial number via private message, no one has replied to me. Could someone tell me if I have been scammed by someone posing as an HP employee who is now ignoring me?

 

Please, this is very important.

You told me on the forum that if I sent you my serial number via private message, I would be informed whether the BIOS was up to date. I sent it several days ago but haven't received any reply via email; at the very least, we expected a response on the forum so that all HP users could see your reply regarding the matter.
