Hi,
So I was watching Netflix on my laptop while vaping, my vape fell on my laptop, it was heavy, it fell just below my keyboard on the right corner next to mouse pad, the screen froze, it stayed there for 15 minutes then I press power button to restart my device.
After that whenever I try to start my laptop the hp logo appears with the rotating dots, but dots get stuck mid way and a blue screen appears with a error message: unbootable_mount_volume.
I ran diagnosis for each and every hardware in my laptop including storage, memory, system board, video, audio everything, all the tests passed. I even tried check disk and fix boot commands frok cmd with Windows installation media.
It is note worthy that I cannot see my SSD in cmd when I type diskpart then list disks. I can only see my usb and not my SSD hard drive.
How to fix this error, I cannot reinstall windows as I cannot see my drive in the installation setup. All the hardware has passed diagnosis tests.
What seems to be the problem?
