I JUST BOUGHT THIS NOTEBOOK LAST WEEK. MY 8 YEAR OLD SYSTEM XP DIED. I LOADED THE CANON SOFTWARE ON WEDNESDAY THEN REALIZED I DIDN'T NEED IT. DOWNLOADED THE CLEANUP UTILITY AS YOU SUGGESTED TODAY AND THAT'S WHERE WE STAND.
