Hi!

 

All "Base system devices" are JMicron Host Controlers.

You can download driver from site JMicron: 

 

ftp://driver.jmicron.com.tw/CardReader/Windows/ select last update

The driver from this site is compatible with Windows 10 too.

 

If "Unknown device" is hpq0004, than you can get driver hpq0004  here (it's working Win10 too)
