Hi:
You need this driver for that device...
This package contains the software that enables the HP Quick Launch Buttons, which are special function keys on HP Notebooks. This software works with supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

Hi:
You need this driver for the 0004...
This package provides HP 3D DriveGuard for the supported notebook models and operating systems. HP 3D DriveGuard receives notifications from the integrated accelerometer and protects the hard drive (HDD) by automatically "parking the heads" to reduce the risk of damage if the notebook is accidentally dropped or is abruptly impacted by another object.

it appears that driver fixed something thanks
looking at the device manage im not getting any warnings, But i keep seeing a pop up saying one of the usb devices has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it. once i click on it a larger window opens telling me the samething with a lil diagram
usb root hub (6port)
underneath are 6 ports
5 of them say unused and the 4th going down says unknown usb device
it recommends to try reconnect the device but i have no clue what device its asking to reconnect
