Hello,
Can you provide us with the correct Failure ID, because with the one you provided, we cannot confirm with you whether or not the hard drive needs to be replaced to solve this problem.
The test found a problem with your hard drive and it may need to be replaced. If possible, back up your personal files to a flash drive or external hard drive as soon as you can.
The procedure for replacing the hard disk drive can be found in the HP manual below on pages 69 and 70.

The failure ID "6ANG7H-882A1M-MFPWLK-60WQ03" confirms a hardware problem with the hard drive.
Solution: Replace the hard drive.
Then please follow the instructions in my first message to replace the hard drive.
