HP 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-c0000 (2W0J5AV)

Since I purchased my laptop via Amazon, there have been blue screen errors, the keypad did not work all the time and the screen froze sometimes. I am in the Caribbean and my laptop is still in the warranty stage. Agents have made attempts to tackle the problem but it has not been solved. I was told that the laptop needs to go to an HP branch in the United States which I can do. My case was opened and 8 days after, it was closed without the problem being solved. Instead, the problems have intensified. I depend on the laptop for my work but it shuts down and restarts often each day. What do I do at this point to have the situation addressed? Who do I have to contact to go through the process of solving the problem?
