Hi @jpbizama, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To install Windows on your HP Notebook - 15-db0069wm, follow these steps:

Prepare a Bootable USB Drive

You'll need another working computer and a USB flash drive (at least 8GB).

Create Bootable USB

  1. Download Windows 10/11 ISO:
  2. Create a bootable USB:
    • Insert the USB drive.
    • Run the Media Creation Tool and follow the instructions to create a bootable Windows USB.

Boot from USB

  1. Insert the bootable USB into your HP Notebook - 15-db0069wm.
  2. Power on the laptop and immediately press ESC repeatedly until the Startup Menu appears.
  3. Press F9 to open the Boot Device Options.
  4. Select your USB drive and press Enter.

Install Windows

  1. Choose your Language, Time, and Keyboard layout.
  2. Click Install Now.
  3. Enter a Windows product key or choose I don't have a product key.
  4. Select Custom: Install Windows only.
  5. Delete existing partitions (be careful, this erases all data!) and select Unallocated Space → Click Next.
  6. Windows will install and restart automatically.

Install Drivers & BIOS Update

  1. Once Windows is installed, go to HP Support.
  2. Enter your model number (15-db0069wm) and download:
    • Chipset drivers
    • Graphics drivers
    • Wi-Fi and Audio drivers
    • BIOS Update (install it carefully after setting up Windows).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
