Hi @jpbizama, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To install Windows on your HP Notebook - 15-db0069wm, follow these steps:
Prepare a Bootable USB Drive
You'll need another working computer and a USB flash drive (at least 8GB).
Create Bootable USB
- Download Windows 10/11 ISO:
- Go to the Microsoft Windows Download Page or (https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11).
- Click Download tool now (for Windows 10) or Create installation media (for Windows 11).
- Create a bootable USB:
- Insert the USB drive.
- Run the Media Creation Tool and follow the instructions to create a bootable Windows USB.
Boot from USB
- Insert the bootable USB into your HP Notebook - 15-db0069wm.
- Power on the laptop and immediately press ESC repeatedly until the Startup Menu appears.
- Press F9 to open the Boot Device Options.
- Select your USB drive and press Enter.
Install Windows
- Choose your Language, Time, and Keyboard layout.
- Click Install Now.
- Enter a Windows product key or choose I don't have a product key.
- Select Custom: Install Windows only.
- Delete existing partitions (be careful, this erases all data!) and select Unallocated Space → Click Next.
- Windows will install and restart automatically.
Install Drivers & BIOS Update
- Once Windows is installed, go to HP Support.
- Enter your model number (15-db0069wm) and download:
- Chipset drivers
- Graphics drivers
- Wi-Fi and Audio drivers
- BIOS Update (install it carefully after setting up Windows).
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
