Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Unable to update to Windows 10 Vs 1903

This PC cannot run Windows 10. Contact  PC manufacture to upgrade BIOS. 

I've checked HP for and upgrades and there doesn't appear to be any. 

Running Windows 10 HOME 64 bit

I've ran the Operating System Diagnostics - I get no issues found for everything.

Try updating your BIOS with the latest one.

Same issue and have updated firmware with latest driver .....still getting same message.

This is the latest BIOS you installed?

When trying to perform Windows update, remove all external peripherals such as USB drives, docks ....

Try performing the update from here by clicking on update now:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
