HP 15-f387wm Notebook windows 10 home edition originally. Updated to Windows 11. The system ran horrible.
I took a c a last-minute addition and split off 50 GB and install the Windows 10 Pro to dual boot with Windows 11 because I still have data that I need to back up.
I've been running windows 10 pro now for months but I have no storage room left.
I bought a 4TB external hard drive to backup my data.
My question is should I use the HP Recovery USB drive to restore it to factory settings or should I wipe the hard drive all of it including the recovery Drive since it's not you and install Windows 10 Pro?
Also what is the best way to go about doing this?

Hi @Matix,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Notebook - 15-F387wm. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
I would suggest you completely wipe out the hard drive and install a fresh Operating System. You may go ahead and download the operating system using HP Cloud Recovery Tool. Click here to view the document with Step-by-step instructions.
