Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I run the Support Assistant, it gives me 2 updates, but whatever I try, they fail to install:

- Intel serial IO driver

- Intel WLAN driver for Microsoft Windows 10 (however in the log it says Bluetooth driver)

Any idea on how to install these?

I recommend you manually install both the driver from HP website. You can download all the available driver for your computer from the below link.

 

https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

I actually did this, but in the support app it still says not installed, I deleted them from the list, so I guess it should be ok now...
