This has nothing to do with Windows 10. This is a BIOS power on password, with HP Technical Support help, you can clear it if you can prove ownership. There are other ways to do it here but we have no way of telling if you own it or not so those things cannot be posted here or in private message.

Yall was help others people with the same issue i bought this computer February 14th 2016 of this year I have the box and everything so I can prove this is my computer I just don't understand why it says enter password or power on password because I never had one how do you think I give you all the personal information if this is not my computer obviously I have the box I bought this computer at Walmart pay $249 for this computer
