Downloaded  HP Cloud Recovery Tool, rejects my product number 7QK50ES#ACB, says not valid, contact HP Support?

Yes, I get the same info.

 

Assuming your notebook came from HP with W10 installed, if you need to reinstall W10, you can also use the Microsoft media creation tool to create bootable installation media.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
