Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The HP Spectre x360 14-eu0000 series laptops are equipped with Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 155H processors, which support Intel VT-x virtualization technology.

This feature can be enabled in the system BIOS.

To enable Intel VT-x:

  1. Power off your laptop.
  2. Power on the laptop and immediately press the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup Menu appears.
  3. Press F10 to enter the BIOS Setup Utility.
  4. Navigate to the Advanced tab using the arrow keys.
  5. Select Device Configurations.
  6. Locate the Virtualization Technology (VTx) option and set it to Enabled.
  7. Press F10 to save changes and exit the BIOS.

After completing these steps, Intel VT-x should be enabled on your HP Spectre x360 14-eu0000 laptop.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
