Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The HP Spectre x360 14-eu0000 series laptops are equipped with Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 155H processors, which support Intel VT-x virtualization technology.
This feature can be enabled in the system BIOS.
To enable Intel VT-x:
- Power off your laptop.
- Power on the laptop and immediately press the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup Menu appears.
- Press F10 to enter the BIOS Setup Utility.
- Navigate to the Advanced tab using the arrow keys.
- Select Device Configurations.
- Locate the Virtualization Technology (VTx) option and set it to Enabled.
- Press F10 to save changes and exit the BIOS.
After completing these steps, Intel VT-x should be enabled on your HP Spectre x360 14-eu0000 laptop.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
