I accidentally deleted All of the environment variables from my hp 2000 laptop windows 7 is there a way to get them back as it will not let me do anything it says windows cannot find '%windir%/system32/useraccountcontrolsettings.exe' error

It just says that the system could not find environment option that was entered everytime i want to open anything all so im connected to the internet but there is not internet connection and i cannot fix this because of the environment option it will not let me do it either it is a windows 2000 C2M21UA#ABA

Can you share a screenshot of the error you are getting?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you perform a system restore back to the date when the computer was working fine.
