My laptop gets very loud. For example in class where i'm just typing in Word or googling, the fans begin to spin very fast and make a very loud noise that disturbs the whole class. I am on the latest BIOS, and I have only had the laptop for a month. My CPU Usage is always below 10% when this happens. And if it's because there's dust stuck in the vents, are there any ways to get the dust out without a compressed air can or opening the laptop, especially on my unit.
Tips needed please!

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I reviewed your post and I understand that the fan is making a loud noise.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, then turn off the “Fan always on” feature in the BIOS.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
