Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Windows key does not work all of a sudden. after having the updates pending, it started working for almost few hours then later it stopped.

There are no updates pending ,what to do. its so difficult to raise a request on HP.

someone kindly help me out .

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.

 

Please use Cloud Recovery after having new drive

yes its under warranty. hardly 10 days old. have already raised issue for Wifi disconnection, will raise a new one too.
