I'm having to reinstall Windows 11 from a USB media installation type of method because the laptop is too damaged. I can't seem to find the OS driver(s) needed in order to proceed with the installation. I've looked all over the internet, on HP Support and MS Support, and no where can I find how and where to download the appropriate driver of Windows 11 OS version 23H2.
The laptop purchased March 2022 had Win 10, and in March 2023 the system AUTO-UPDATED to Windows 11 Home. The device has been a MESS since then and I'm certain it's been hacked!! The device will not RESET or RECOVER or REPAIR, NOTHING. I'm told by MS to do a reinstall by booting from the USB flash drive, which I'm doing, but it NEEDS A DRIVER FOR 23H2.
How can HP or Microsoft help me get my laptop back??? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!

I have zipped up and attached the Intel storage controller drivers that Windows needs to find the drive.
The attached file is good for both W10 & W11.
Copy all of the files in both folders in the attached file to a USB flash drive.
Have the flash drive and your Windows installation media plugged into USB ports.
Boot from the W10/W11 installation flash drive.
When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.
If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.

Hello and thank you for the zip file of drivers.
I downloaded them on a usb disc and tried using them for reinstall but the laptop won't recognise any of them, I've tried each one (there were only around 6 or 8, right?)
Do you know the exact filename I should be browsing for for driver 23H2?
Also, the laptop originally had Win 10 when purchased but currently has Win 11 Home.
Should I try the reinstall for Win 10 instead?
How do I find the actual driver that I need for the reinstall?

You're very welcome.
The driver should be in the VMD>f6vmdflpy-64>iaStorVD file.
The 02/06/2023 is the driver date.
If that driver is not seen, unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try other than to see this discussion:
Use the free 7-zip file utility to extract the drivers from the HP storage controller exe file.
