Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

2 years back i had reset my password by recovery.and  Everytime when im trying to open my laptop, I get two options.

1 Windows Rollback

2 Windows

And i go with windows everytime. But accidentally i have clicked windows rollback. From that moment my laptop screen keeps on and off (only light is coming and going) only.

How to fix This. Someone help me.

Was this PC updated to Win10 from a prior OS?  If so, the rollback information was corrupted in the process and NOW, the rollback function is never going to finish.

If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.

The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
