WINDOWS UPGRADE

I am currently using windows 8.1  on my HP ENVY laptop but I want to upgrade to windows 10 please  I need help om how to do this.

You just need to purchase a copy of Windows 10 and install it. Where do you live (country)? 

There are a lot of x360 models out there. If you provide the full model number we can tell you if HP has published Windows 10 drivers for your model (likely they have). 

Windows 10 would come on a thumb drive just insert it boot from it and follow the install prompts. Maybe you can do an upgrade in place and leave all your settings, apps and files in place. Your files will definitely stay available in a Windows.old file.

How do I upgrade the windows without loosing  my files?

I got no idea where to find Windows 10 in Ghana. It can be downloaded from Microsoft I know and they have a presence in every country where computers are sold, kind of like HP.
