Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have updated from windows 7 to windows 10 and I am having an issue with Bluetooth. When I try and add a BT mouse it says BT is not enabled. I have attempted to install the intel chipset drivers for it but that also is giving me problems. It will not install. I used the intel updated and its been identified (See below). Weird thing is if I go into the bluetooth setup and try to add an "Other" Device it sees other bluetooth objects in my home? Anyone else experience this?

Hi:

Go to the device manager.

Is there a Bluetooth device manager category showing up?

There should be.
