Hello HP Support, I purchased a new HP Victus laptop one week ago from a local retailer. However, HP Support Assistant is showing my warranty as Expired. The warranty start date is showing 25 March 2025, which is incorrect. I have my purchase invoice. Please update my warranty according to my purchase date.

Don't worry. You can dispute your warranty with proof of purchase here:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2534210-1364541-16

If there is no Warranty Dispute Page for your region, you may need to reach out directly to HP support to correct this. Open this link- https://support.hp.com/us-en/ then select your region from the bottom and choose contact hp agent directly. Depending on your region it may or may not be harder to contact. Look for online chat or call. (Don't purchase anything of shown there
