I purchased a HP Laptop - 15t and the HP 3 year Pickup and Return with Accidental Damage Protection for Customer Notebooks. My warranty expires on 12/21/2022. On 12/11/22 my little nephew spilt water on the keyboard and my laptop died, I called the warranty department and they told me my computer was still under warranty and sent me a prepaid box to send it to the repair center. They received my laptop on 12/17/22, and it took them almost 2 weeks to contact me. When I was contacted, they told me they couldn't do anything because my warranty was expired. I've talked yo several "Escalation department agents" since my case was sent to their department; I explained that HP received my laptop BEFORE my extended warranty expired, but they do not want to HONOR my warranty.... I am extremely frustrated because when I called the warranty department, they told me that my warranty was VALID as long as HP receives my computer BEFORE or ON the day the warranty expired; however, they haven't honor this. What can I do? I am very upset because it's been over 6 weeks and HP does not give me a resolution... Who can I contact? PLEASE, HELP ME!!

Hi @MillyBC,
Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Take care and have a nice day.

I understand that you're frustrated with HP not honoring your warranty. You can try to escalate the issue by contacting the HP customer service again and requesting to speak with a supervisor or manager. If that doesn't work, you can also reach out to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and file a complaint against HP. Additionally, you can post a review on websites such as Consumer Reports or Trustpilot to share your experience with others and make them aware of your issue.
If the answer was helpful to you, please appreciate the effort and vote below by clicking on "Yes".
This will help me a lot and encourage me to give better answers.

Hello,
I am still waiting for someone from HP to contact me, but no one has done it yet.
I have not gotten a fair resolution, if HP fails to respond positively to this issue and if they do not honor my warranty, they deliberately delayed the process...

Thanks for the advice, I already called HP and requested to speak to a manager and they told me that the manager was going to call me back, it has been a week and still no contact from HP...
I already sent my complaint to the BBB, and I am waiting for a response. I will now proceed to leave NEGATIVE feedback because this experience has been horrible!
