Hello, I submitted a warranty dispute a week ago due to HP stating out of warranty. However receipt shows I purchased laptop after the warranty expired. I submitted the dispute including the receipt and it said follow up would be 1 day. Can someone advise how to reach HP, or what I can do. I purchased it 8/26/2019, so the 1 year is quickly approaching.

@ReNeePattersoN I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

 

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).

I have responded to the private message

I provided the information in the personal email 7 days ago. i have not gotten a confirmation or follow up email to know whether it has been received and when I can expect resolution. I purchased this on 8/26/19 which was after the warranty supposedly expired on 7/3/2020. I want some resolution as this has been on-going with little to no response. I have provided copies of my receipts.
