Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have spent numerous times with an HP agent with a non-functioning email address. 

So could not email him copy of WalMart receipt to validate warranty.

Anyone know how to solve this issue.

Any other HP agent willing to give it a try?

Seems like such a simple yet impossible hurdle after four weeks and 30 hours of attempts at a solution.

HELP?
