Since you're experiencing a motherboard issue, we recommend visiting your nearest HP authorized service center. Their service team can diagnose the problem and provide assistance.


You can find the closest service center by following this link: HP® Service Center Locator - India | HP® Support (Remember to select your country from the dropdown and enter your city or PIN code.)


Please be aware that if you purchase a Care Pack or warranty extension, it will not cover pre-existing hardware issues like your current motherboard problem. We suggest getting your PC repaired first, and then considering a Care Pack for future protection.
