Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

This webpage says it might take 3 minutes.   It hadn't completed after 6 hours and I gave up.   Frustratingly, the website gives no links to report problems

Hi:

When you have a situation like that, it means that HP has retired support for the model series since it is 10 or more years old, and they haven't gotten around from removing the driver page from the internet.

You will notice that there is no information provided regarding the model number of your PC on that support page.

For supported models, there is model information included on the webpage as in this example...

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-g6-2000-Notebook-PC-series/5226244/mode...

If you let me know the product number of your notebook, and what drivers you need, I can probably help you with that.

Regarding the model info, use this guide to find that information.
