Windows update offers HP Inc Firmware 59.1.2.1 as an optional update on my Firefly 14 G7. In can't find it referred to anywhere on the web, and HP Support Assistant is not offering it. What is it, and should I install it?

I downloaded the cabinet file, used 7-zip to extract the files from the download, and it appears to be a firmware update to the HP Thunderbolt device.
