I'd like to update my hp notebook with windows 7 to windows 10 with clean installation but there is four partion:

  1. SYSTEM   (sistem)
  2. Partion 2 (primary)
  3. RECOVERY (primary)
  4. HP_TOOLS (primary)

What partion can format?

Thanks in advance

Sorry for my English, I'm Italian.

NONE of the first three partitions will be of any use after you Clean-Install Win10.

So, rather than waste limited space on your drive, your best bet is to remove the first three and when the installer starts, allow it to reformat the drive as needed.

The HP_TOOLS partition is a very small one and takes up little space.  I would leave it alone.
