I own a HP Chromebook 11a-nb0013dx notebook computer. When does this device stop getting automatic updates?

  • I checked the Update Schedule exactly two months ago, and the system reported that its updates expired in "June 2027".
  • I checked the Update Schedule today, and it reports that the device stopped getting automatic software updates in "June 2024". This is different.

Several internet searches have found a variety of results for when the device is supposed to "expire".

  • This link from the device's Best Buy Q&A threads indicates that user "HP Team" said the device would receive updates until "June 2026". LINK
  • This Best Buy thread, again from user "HP Team", says the device will receive updates until "June 2028". LINK
  • I can find a post in the HP Community where others have asked this same question. This link indicates the device will receive updates until June 2026. LINK

So which date is correct?
