I can not download Windows from the official site, because after entering the code from the sticker under the laptop sends me to the HP website.

Hi:

If you don't live in an EU country (EU needs W7 N version), you can make your own plain W7 installation media this way...

Download the  COEM ISO version if it is available for the version/language of W7 you have-- this is what HP would have used (OEM).

Otherwise try the retail version.  If you live in the USA/Canada and a few other countries, that will work too.

Click on the Windows ISO Downloader.exe link to download the tool to create the W7 ISO file download.

I have zipped up and attached the Microsoft utility below, that will allow you to either put the file on a USB flash drive or burn it to a DVD.

Then you can install the drivers and available software you need from your PC's support page.

And is it possible to update Windows 7 on Windows 10?

I don't understand your question.

Do you want to upgrade from W7 to W10?

If so, your model is not supported by HP for W10, so some things might not work.  You might have to use W8.1 drivers from your notebook's support page, or W10 software from other model notebooks that might work on yours.

If you have previously installed W10, you can reinstall it for free by using the Media creation tool without even having to reinstall W7.

If you want to download W7 using the links I posted and run the tool, yes, you can do that on a W10 PC.

I am currently waiting for a new hard disk. I want to download a new Windows, the sticker under the laptop is from Windows 7. My first question was where I can download Windows, I already know. Will it be possible to update this Windows up to 10? Do I have to stay on Win7

Then I have already answered that question above...

So, you can try it if you want, but I would not buy it until you confirm that everything works.

If W10 asks you to enter a product key during the installation, check the 'Skip' box and W10 will install.

Then you should have 30 days to experiment with W10 before buying a product key.

After you get your new hard drive, you can install Windows 10 of the same type.

If the sticker is Pro then Win10 Pro. If the sticker is Home Premium then Win 10 Home.

During the installation, skip the part where you input the Windows 10 product key.

After you finish installing Windows 10, you can activate it using the Windows 7 product key.

I did this for a used laptop I bought on eBay in August 2018.

Windows 10 does not install, it probably does not support graphics card.
