Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Help with locating a full recovery software online to resurrect my laptop.  I need a copy to reinstall factory reset software booting from a USB Drive. 

 

Does HP provide a software download  of a factory install reset software?  I can not locate a copy Fully within HP Software Download.

HP has withdrawn support for the Cloud recovery tool since your PC is 5 or more years old.

 

The only place that I know of where you can get the original HP factory recovery image would be from this vendor at the link below:

 

Computer Surgeons - Windows 10 Home ML - 64 Recovery Kit Part Number L49933-001 For Laptop Model Num...

 

You can also reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below:

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:
