Hello @MIBayrak
Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.
(1) I double checked drivers for Windows 10 and 11. I can confirm there are no drivers to download !
(2) To get a pre-installed operating system including software and drivers, you can currently only use HP Cloud Recovery.
You need (current or another Windows computer) to prepare bootable <USB flash drive>
An unused or empty USB flash drive with at least 32 GB storage capacity is required.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10
Take time and follow https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4511095-4511141-16 |
( All Software and drivers from HP are included )
(3) If you still need individual drivers contact HP Support / HP technican
(4) Please report your results

MIBayrak be cool, this is definitely a temporary hiccup. Your victus d1000 is a d000 alder lake refresh, so you can use those drivers for the most part (NOT BIOS): https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/victus-by-hp-16.1-inch-gaming-laptop-pc-16-d0000/21... drivers win11 21h2 22h2. kib
