Its stuck in Memphis. It had a delivery date and then thats been blanked out with these issues and wow, there is no way to reach a human at HP to explain their shipping woes. Looks like some customs drama. Do I wait patiently or cancel order?

I know all vendors including HP are trying to do their best to bring their products to customers. But with on-going Covid-19 pandemic, everything is unpredictable. I believe high priority now is vaccine therefore only God knows when things would be going back to normal.
Please wait, it will come.

I hear you and agree, vaccine distro is far more important that my new computer. Mine is stuck in customs with no info. HP mis set my expectations when they posted a delivery date. Further mis set but saying a max of 15 days, now its been 20. And there is no phone number to call a human that can explain the customs error codes or let me know if they or I need to work the issue.
