HP Notebook - 14-dq0011dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop went haywire after uninstalling some Windows updates and doing a restore to an earlier date. The restore failed, and I got a blue screen with "Critical process died". All attempts to repair, restore or reset the device through the recovery and BIOS menus failed. I downloaded the Media Creation Tool to a USB and that failed too.  I did manage to do a component check via the BIOS and all systems passed.

Various system restores (I tried each one, including a mirror image backup from an external drive) failed with "unspecified error".

Disconnecting the power cord and peripherals, holding down the power button (battery not removable) and restarting does nothing.

Is there a key combination that Hard Resets this puppy? Any ideas how to get it back?
