Hi,

Greetings;

 

Please advise how to recover my laptop, this is not starting its showing " Window Error recovery" after that going to "BOOT MANAGER" but i do not have any bootable disk.

Kindly advise the recovery process.

 

Please help how start my laptop and save my data.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

This sounds like Windows operating system failure by reinstalling the Windows OS will fix the issue.

 

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. Click here Download and install the HP Cloud Recovery Tool

 

NOTE:  Do not install the HP Cloud Recovery Tool on an external hard drive. The tool does not work when downloaded to an external hard drive.
