Hello, i am having the same issue with my laptop. i did the tests and passed both of them .

 

I don't have any extra chargers to see if this is the problem but i can afford one if the problem well be solved.

Welcome to HP forums, I see that the White and Orange light is on next to the battery plug.

  • Provide the notebook model number or the product number?
  • Which version of Windows is installed on the notebook?

Hello sandy,

my notebook serial number is :[edited]

and the product number is : X3M66EA#ABV

and the windows installed is windows 10
