Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to rollback to an earlier version of bios but I keep getting hit with the "Unable to open the bios signature file" error.  I have tried the Win +v, Win+B combo also USB recover, none has worked! I don't know what else to do. 

I have seen a number of people report the issue online, but hp support appears to be nonexistent..it's a shame.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
