Perhaps contact the software vendors and explain your situation and ask how to back up or copy off any paid for keys.

It did ask to connect to my wifi once, and I thought it had done it.  When I get home from work, I'll plug in an ethernet cable and see what happens.

Well, it was a good idea, but still no joy.  I connected the LAN, and even changed the boot sequence to boot from a USB drive I made with the Recovery Partition on it.  It wouldn't even attempt to reinstall Win 10.  It just goes straight back to those 2 pages.  No way to get anywhere else.  I'm just turning it off until my new Win 10 install gets here, and I'll try to put in the new hard drive.  You Tube videos make it look like a serious pain in the ass...lol.  I just hope there's nothing wrong with the BIOS causing it to be stuck in this loop.  If I install the new hard drive, and new Win 10 install, and it still gets stuck on those 2 pages, you'll probably hear about me on the national news.  lol

It is not the easiest of jobs.

Make sure you have the correct screwdrivers, most small screwdrivers have the wrong tip, it's too sharp, laptop screws are usually Japanese standard cross heads which are flat so check your screwdrivers.

Do not use a screwdriver like the guy in the video to open the case. You may be able to get a pry tool or spudger as thy are called sometimes but if not, guitar plectrums are good and ice cream sticks can be pared and shaped as levers, the timber will break before the plastic.

Never put too much pressure on things, position is more important, the pressure is held by clips and they are released gently by sliding the tool along the seem or by keeping one tool in and adding others,

Get a phone stand and record yourself as you go along if you can.

Keep the screws in a matchbox or somewhere safe as you go along. 

Observe any different screws and keep separate, for example the screws holding in the hard drive will be different to the screws in the case. The first time I opened a laptop I drew life size pictures of the case and the holes and matched the screws by double sided tape to the picture. 

Removing the ribbon cables is the job to watch as they can be fussy, You gently lever up the white part of the connector to take the cable out.

If you could find a scrap laptop of any vintage and take it apart it would be great practice.

It's easy for people who have do it all day to say it's an easy job, but if you take your time, keep track of the screws.
