Hi:
When you select the USB flash drive from the boot options menu, it should just boot and begin to load W7.
To make sure it boots from the flash drive, restart the PC, tap the ESC key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen to get the menu of options.
Select the F9 boot options menu from the list, and then select the USB flash drive as the device to boot from.

I have completed the task by the help of you. Thank you Mr. Paul for this. But now I would like make my own setup bootable usb. I turned dvd into a iso file then I tried windows 7 usb/dvd downloader but I take an error, saying: "Selected file is not a valid iso file." As you are a technically-minded and a very experienced person, would you please offer me a program, a link or an advice?
Thank you.

Hi:
For the PCI device, you need this driver...
This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellularphones.

For theUSB Controller, download and install the AMD Chipset drivers and restart the PC.
You want the 1st file listed on the webpage.
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows%207%20-%2064
There can be several devices labeled as Unknown, so please see this link, and post the hardware ID for the unknown device, and then I will post the link to the driver you need.

When I try to install this driver from the link:http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows
Why do I get this error:
What is the difference between the link you have just given and the link I tried?
Thank you.

I didn't know you tried that driver before.
Don't know why it isn't working. It used to all the time.
You're the second person that reported this.
Workaround...
Install both of these drivers and restart the PC.
This package provides the AMD USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The driver enables USB 3.0 devices.

AMD USB Filter Driver is a USB upper-class filter driver for the AMD chipsets. The AMD USB Filter Driver provides power management and performance optimizations on supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Don't forget to post the hardware ID for the unknown device, so I can figure out what driver you need for that.

I have installed the last what your last two link provide. Then now remain only two drivers.

I don't know why it does not work but I know it has worked with another version of Win 7, Win 7 Professional.
Thank you.

OK.
Here are the drivers you need...
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5229:
Since the card reader driver I posted yesterday didn't work, use the one directly from Realtek.
Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 1st file listed at the link below.
ACPI\HPQ6007:
Receives notifications from the integrated accelerometer and automatically parks the hard drive to reduce the risk of damage if the PC is accidentally dropped.
