Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I bought a computer from US and Currently in India. My hard disk crashed and lost all the data along with the operating system - Window 10. HP service center in India is not supporting for the laptop purchased outside India for the Window 10 Operating System. Required your assistance to recover the Window 10 from the HP company.

Hi:

 

After you replace the hard drive, you can reinstall W10 by making a USB flash drive installer from the media creation tool at the link below.  You will need an 8 GB flash drive for this purpose.

HP consumer-class notebooks bought in one country and used in another are not covered by the global warranty.
