@Yuvi2005, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP Victus FA 1307TX laptop is continuously rebooting after displaying the logo, here are several steps you can try to resolve the issue based on HP's guidelines:

Perform a Hard Reset

First, try performing a hard reset to clear any residual power which might be affecting startup:

  1. Turn off the computer.
  2. Disconnect all external devices such as USB drives, external displays, and printers.
  3. Unplug the AC adapter from the laptop.
  4. Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds.
  5. Reconnect the AC adapter, but do not connect any peripheral devices.
  6. Turn on the computer.

Boot in Safe Mode

Booting into Safe Mode might help identify issues related to drivers or software updates:

  1. Turn off the laptop completely.
  2. Turn it on and start pressing the F8 key until the HP logo appears.
  3. Choose Safe Mode from the boot options.

Check BIOS Settings

Ensure your BIOS settings are correct, especially after an update:

  1. Start the computer and immediately begin pressing the F10 key to enter the BIOS Setup.
  2. Ensure that the boot device is correctly selected.
  3. Load the BIOS default settings to correct any misconfigurations and save changes.

Reinstall Windows Using a Verified Configuration

If reinstalling Windows isn't resolving the issue, ensure that the configuration of the system is correct:

  1. Use a verified Windows installation media (USB or DVD) to try reinstalling Windows.
  2. Ensure that the installation media is correctly set as the boot device.

Reseat Hardware Components

Repeated restarting might also be caused by loose connections or improperly seated components:

  1. Turn off the laptop.
  2. Carefully remove and reseat the battery, RAM modules, and SSD if accessible.

Verify Device Drivers and BIOS Updates

Ensure that your drivers and BIOS version are up-to-date:

  1. Visit HP's support website to check for available updates for device drivers and BIOS. HP Software and Driver Downloads

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
