In this model OS is windows 10 Home Single language as preinstalled. So I need know which language will be it , it can either English US or English International.
I need to instal windows iso file.

OK, great.
Then you should be able to install any language you can select from the drop down list.

Hi:
Since that model is not sold in the United States, I would select the English International option.
Some versions of W10 SL allow you to install any one language, and some only allow you to install a country-specific language.

As I wrote...you would want to use the English International version unless you prefer, and have the option to select Hindi.
There are two versions of W10 SL...one you can install any one language you want.
The other is called W10 SL - country specific, which means you can only install the language of the country the product key is good for.
The specs for your notebook only indicate W10 single language, not if it is SL-country specific.
If you can still get into Windows, then you can run the free utility that I zipped up and attached below that will show you the version of W10 SL that is installed in your notebook.
Otherwise it is trial and error. If you install a language you want, and windows doesn't activate, then you run the utility and see what version of W10 is installed...SL or SL-country specific. The report will differentiate.
