I'm trying to find how to make the "Windows10Pro Upgrade" mentioned in the purchase document (as below image):

At the moment this is running the Windows10Home:
Looks like the upgrade key or the upgrade method should be included already, but just I can not find how to make it...

I contacted the HP support and they think this is Microsoft issue instead:
I check this again and find upgrade key was attached in the cartoon instead of the case of the laptop...
I hope it will work. Yes. It did work.
The HP support doesn't seem to know about the Windows10Pro upgrade key being sticker on the cartoon.
The seller probably didn't want open the cartoon (to avoid lost the warranty or something), so the upgrade key was sticker on the cartoon.
Nevertheless the warranty for this product was started August10, 2019 even the product was bought in the October (about 2-3 months later). There is something wrong with this, but I don't know exactly what the difficulty here is.

I don't know why there is no image. It looks like "censored" by the cloud.
The image is with this below order:
Items Ordered
Product Name
Newest HP Envy 17t Touch Quad Core (8th Gen.Intel i7 8565U, 16GB DDR4, 1TB + 256GB NVMe SSD, NVIDIA GeForce MX250 4GB GDDR5, 17.3" IPS WLED, DVD Writer, Windows 10 PRO Upgrade) Bang & Olufsen Power PC
There is something strange with this "Windows 10 Pro Upgrade"...
Because they did not inform how to do it. It might take some time to find out.

We have no resources here to provide you any Windows Upgrade -- so the best thing you should do is directly contact HP Customer Support to see how you can take advantage of the Pro upgrade offer. They might be able to provide you an online link where you can download the Win10 image you need.
If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!
