Hello sir
Recently I got one problem with this product.I would like to go back to the Windows 8 using recovery discs[CDs] given by HP.
Currently I am using windows 10 64 bit.Due to some problems with touchpad. The HP service center engineer in my town told that I have to do recovery.Which is nothing but I will simply go back to the windows 8.I do not have HP recovery manager nor I did not create microsoft recovery. So my problem is that as you know that windows 10 free upgrade has been completed on july 29 2016 .
So if I go back to the windows 8 . Do you think can I again install or upgrade to the windows 10 from windows 8 for free?
Product number : F6B14PA#ACJ
Thanking you sir

The Free Upgrade is over for new machines, but any existing machine that was already activated with Win10 can still do the Upgrade.
To do that, use this link to create install media for the current version of Win10: Installing Windows 10 using the media creation tool - Windows Help
Good Luck

sir
I updated long back.Even after that problem did not get solved.I have done recovery going back to windows 8.So finally HP service centre guy placed new touchpad hardware part. After that it continued to work well for 2 months. After that the problem as usual it continued.I mean it works for 30 -40 minutes continually after that problem continues again. Then HP engineer said that to do recovery again.I have not done it.I managed with external mouse.Again now the problem is that fan problem [System 80B error on startup screen].So the enginner came he cleaned fan and everything. He ran the test HeatStress Test.It gone well for some time. Then suddenly I got CoreTemp file is missing.
As I have both problems fan problem and touch pad problem. He told me to do recovery [means I have go back to windows 8 from windows 10].So my doubt is that can I get the free upgrade to windows 10 again from windows 8.As free upgrade of windows is over by july 29 2016 mentioned in microsoft website.
