I have this laptop which has just gone out of warrenty. Last year a computer shop installed Microsoft Word for me. Recently a notice has come up saying my Windows 10 licence is about to expire. This made no sense until upon investigation I discovered that this shop had another product key which according to Microsoft is counterfiet and is a KMS (Key Management Server), GVLK (Generic Volume License Key. I was wondering if HP themselves would know my original licence key so that I can prove this has happened when I go to the shop to complain. Or is there another way of finding this out.
